SARGODHA - The district and sessions judge of Sargodha on Friday issued the last notice to Syed Javeed Husnain Shah, a former PML-N MNA who has been disqualified by the Supreme Court for having a fake degree, to appear in the court for December 5, 2012.
D&SJ Arshad Mehmood Tabasam issued the notice to Husnain who contested the 2008 General Elections on fake degree issued by a religious seminary situated in Bannu. Later, he was disqualified by the Lahore High Court in 2010.
The Election Commission had moved the court for an action against the ineligible MNA. The honourable court released the last notice to him. Meanwhile, the bail papers of Rizwan Gill, another disqualified MPA in a similar case, were accepted by the court. Both the disqualified members belonge to the PML-N.
