Rawalpindi - Jammiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazl) on Sunday took out a protest rally from Rawalpindi Press Club to Fawara Chowk to denounce the murder of Dr Khalid Mehmood Soomro, former senator and general secretary of JUI-F Sindh.
The protest rally was led by JUI-F Azad Kashmir Ameer Maulana Saeed Yousaf Khan. While holding placards and banners in their hands, the protestors chanted slogans against the government and demanded arrest of the killers.
Addressing the protestors, the speakers denounced the target killing of the former senator and asked the government to bring the killers to book.
