Aitzaz sees no chance of PM resigning
LAHORE: Senator Aitzaz Ahsan, a senior PPP leader, says he doesn’t foresee Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif stepping down as a result of the “Plan C” of PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
Talking to reporters here on Sunday, he said the announcement of the Plan C means that Plan A and B of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf have failed to yield any results.
“There is little possibility of resignation from the prime minister due to Plan C,” he said, adding soon Plan D will come after Plan C.–Staff Reporter

DGPR felicitates LPC president
LAHORE: The officers of Directorate General Public Relations (DGPR) Punjab held a meeting on Sunday where they thanked Lahore Press Club president Arshad Ansari and other LPC office-bearers for their contribution in development work and provision of plots to the allottees in A Block in Journalist Colony. The meeting described development work in B and C blocks of the Journalist Colony as a good omen.
