A national English daily's account of Ambassador Haqqani episode in AAPNA is not accurate. There was no political party demonstration, question or protest. The boo against the Ambassador was unanimous by more than 400 Pakistani doctors present when the Ambassador asked a doctor questioner to "grow up" because the doctor had recited an Urdu couplet with his non-partisan question. I witnessed a bad side of the ambassador. Now hundreds of doctors all over the US know the level of Ambassador's congeniality; they also know the newspaper erred in reporting. I am not connected with any political party and was once the President of Pakistan Association of Greater Washington. This incident was basically non-partisan."DR YAMEEN ZUBAIRI, Potomac, USA, via e-mail, June 30.
