Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) High Court has returned the petition, filed by the PML-N against rigging and postponement of polls in the AJK Legislative Assembly elections, after putting reservations on it, report said. The petition filed by PML-N lawyer Raja Sadaqat stated that rigging took place at three AJK legislative assembly seats and candidates who won these seats should be stopped from taking oath. The petition also stated that elections on seats where polls were postponed be conducted only after new voter lists were prepared. The petition was heard by a full bench which ruled that the petition be filed again after it is amended.
