QUETTA The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Thursday ordered the government to produce arrest warrants of all accused nominated in Nawab Akbar Bugtis murder case. A division bench of Balochistan High Court comprising acting Chief Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel and Justice Hashim Khan Kakar passed this order during hearing of a petition filed by Nawabzada Jamil Akbar Bugti against non-implementation of court orders regarding arrest of accused. Deputy Attorney General Malik Sikandar submitted reply on behalf of the federal interior secretary stating that interior ministry will take action for extradition of those accused currently in abroad following a request by Balochistan government. Interior Secretary further stated that FIA had been directed for initiating process to get red warrants of accused from Interpol after a request from provincial government. Additional Advocate General Balochistan Nasrullah Achakzai submitted the report of investigating team incorporating the statement of Maulvi Malook who had led the funeral prayer of Nawab Bugti.
