A complaint cell has been established at Fesco Headquarters to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the consumers during the Sehar, Iftaar and Taraweeh timings.

Consumers can register their complaints regarding power outages and technical faults while immediate action would be initiated on these complaints, an official said. He added that special teams had been constituted and necessary instructions issued to the superintending engineers and subdivisional officers for the early redressel of complaints.

The Fesco chief executive officer would personally remain in the complaint cell at 2am to 4am and 7pm to 11pm to ensure the continuous power supply. The contact numbers of the complaints centre are 0345-1501422, 0345-1501423, 0345-1501424, 041-9220613, 041-9220614 and 041-9220615.

Earlier, Fesco CEO Khurshid Alam appealed to the industrial as well as general consumer to ensure minimum use of electricity and save maximum power so that power supply could be ensured to every sector of life.
