A fire broke out in a private hostel in Lahore, on Wednesday, leaving at least three persons dead which included two girls and a woman.
According to details, the fire broke out in a hostel located in New Park Lahore area at Raiwind Road.
Reports claim that three female occupants fell unconscious as they were suffocated due to the smoke. They were rushed to hospital by rescue teams where they passed away during the treatment.
The dead were identified as 22-year-old Neelam, 25-year-old Vaniza and 42-year-old Rebecca.
The fire broke out due to a short circuit, rescue sources have claimed.
