They say nukes are not laptops that can be stolen by criminals. Yes we do not expect radicals to 'steal' nuclear weapons but an overthrow of the Pakistani regime, that is increasingly unable to control events on the ground, seems a distinct possibility. Pakistan is increasingly becoming a state like Algeria once was in the 1990s. The civil war is on.
