ISLAMABAD Director General Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) Syed Amir Hamza Gilani inaugurated the Refresher Coaching Course here at Jinnah Hall, Jinnah Stadium, Pakistan Sports Complex on Monday. A spokesman for the PSB said that the refresher course had been designed to update the knowledge of coaches. He said that 24 coaches from the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad are attending the course which will be concluded on June 4. He said that the services of qualified resource persons had also been acquired to conduct the course in a befitting manner. The Pakistan Sports Board is making every effort to promote the sports in the country and providing administrative, technical and financial support to the national sports federations to uplift the standard of sports, he added.
