The increase in petroleum product prices has been challenged in the Lahore High Court. The new prices have been implemented from 1st of March. Advocate Mateen ul Haq Chaudhry has filed an application in the Lahore high court challenging the decision to increase the petroleum product prices. His stance was that the increase is an added burden in an already difficult time for the people and the court should pass an order against the increase in petroleum product prices.
