JANDANWALA/TOBA TEK SINGH/FAISALABAD/BAHAWALPUR/JHANG/ KOT RADHA KISHAN - Seven persons including three women and a minor girl were killed and seven others injured in separate incidents of enmity, honouring killing and mishaps.

According to detail, in Jandanwala a woman and a five-year-old girl were killed and two other children injured when their mud-made house collapsed during heavy rain here in suburban in Chak 35/36 ML the other day.

Nasreen, 40, and five-year-old Muqadas, were killed on spot when roof of the house caved in in Chak 35/36 ML. Two children were injured in the incident.

Reportedly, house owner Asghar Ali is a daily wager. According to him at around 3am the house collapsed killing both Nasreen and Muqadas on the spot.

According to Lamberdar Chak 35/36 ML Ch Mehmoodul Hassan, the house was made of mud and was in dilapidated condition. The incident caused a shocking wave in the entire area. Meanwhile, Asghar Ali and other family members have demanded the government to extend financial assistance to the poor family to enable them build house again.

In TOBA TEK SINGH, a man killed his daughter and a youth for honour here in Chak 98/JB Kohli near Gojra the other day.

As per detail, Nawaz was work in his farmland when he suddenly returned home. He found that his daughter Shakila Bibi and her boyfriend Abu Bakar were in a room of the house in objectionable condition. He attacked the couple and tortured them to death on the spot. The police arrested the accused.

In JHANG, an enraged young man killed his cousin and injured his uncle here the other day.

Hasnain Saqib, a resident of Chak-444, joined Pakistan Army a few days back but refused to attend army training.

Meanwhile, his cousin Muhammad Siddique and his uncle Ijaz, residents of Mohallah Jalalabad insisted to join training.

At which he flared up and attacked them with a knife. Resultantly, Muhammad Siddique sustained critical wounds and died on the spot while Ijaz was referred to Allied Hospital Faisalabad in serious condition.

The police have registered a case against the culprit.

In BAHAWALPUR, a person committed suicide near Ahmedpur East here on Thursday. According to the police sources, the deceased was identified as Muhammad Javed while laying down under the train. Police have registered a case.

In FAISALABAD, a 5-years-old boy was killed and five others including a woman were injured in different road accidents in and around the city over the past 24 hours.

According to Rescue 1122 sources, Abdul Wahid, a resident of Shadab Colony was crossing the road when he was hit by a speeding car near Adda Johl in the limits of Balochni Police. He received critical injuries and died on way to hospital.

In second mishap, three persons namely Mehmood, Tahir and Muhammad Rehman of Sangla were riding a motorbike when the two-wheeler was collided another bike. Resultantly all the three sustained injuries and were shifted to local hospitals.

Meanwhile, a woman namely Shamim Bibi, a resident of Chiniot and M Adnan were injured when a motorbike they were riding on was rammed into a carry van near Sitara Chemicals. They were rushed to hospital.

In KOT RADHA KISHAN, two people including a woman were killed in two different incidents.

In first incident Khalid Mehmood was on his way to home on his bicycle from village Dhing Shah when reached near Depalpur Road a rashly driven tractor crushed him to death. The driver fled from the scene. The Khuddian Police have registered a case, while Mukhtaran bibi was crushed to death by Karachi Express train while crossing the railway track here at village Wan Khara in the limits of Chhanga Mana Police.
