LAHORE - The second phase of training camp of national senior probables preparing for participation in the 25th Sultan Azlan Shah Cup will be held here from March 5 at Johar Hockey Stadium.
“In all 28 players will be attending the second phase of the training under the watchful eyes of former hockey Olympian, Abdul Hanif Khan,” said a spokesman of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) on Monday. Sultan Azlan Shah Cup will be played in Malaysia later this month.
The probables are Yasir and Waleed (GKs), Asad Aziz, Nawaz, Ijaz Ahmad, Siddique Salman, Khalid Bhatti, Sultan Amir and Munawar Kakar (Full Backs), Saleem Nazim (RH), Zohaib Ashraf (CH), Kashif Javaid (RH), Ali Hassan (LH), Faisal Qadir (LH), Rehan Ashraf (CH), Qazi Asfand Yar (RH), Irfan Junior (RI), Ijaz Ahmad (LI), Fayyaz Yaqoob (LO), Jamil Bostan (CF), Hamid Ullah (RI), Zeeshan Bukhari (RO), Musharraf (LI), S Qamar Ali, (LO), Owais Khan (RO), Kareem Khan (CF), Akbar Ali (CF) and Rizwan Ali (LI).
