Afghan All-Star Club stun Pak Youth basketball team

LAHORE    -    Afghan All-Star Club stunned Pakistan Youth basketball team by 35-31 in the first encounter of 3-match basketball series being played under the auspices of Pakistan Basketball Federation (PBBF) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Basketball Association (KPBA) in Haripur on Monday. Jameel (11) and Izzat Shahzad (10) remained top scorers for Afghan All-Star Club while Saifi and Bilal contributed 9 and 8 scores respectively for Pakistan Youth team. PBBF President Alamgir Khan was the chief guest of the match. As per international rules, the match was supervised by three referees M Abid of Army, Javed Nawaz Bangash of Islamabad and Imtiaz ul Hasan of Punjab while M Akram of Railways was scorer. KP’s Master Siddique was organsing secretary.
