ISLAMABAD - Islamabad Cricket Club defeated Gujranwala Cricket Club by three wickets in the final of the PAF T20 Cricket Champions Trophy for the Blind, played here at PAF Complex ground Thursday. Air Marshal M Ashfaque Arain, Deputy Chief of the Air Staff (Administration), who is also patron of Islamabad Cricket Club of the Blind, was the chief guest at the occasion. Put into bat first, Gujranwala scored 256-4 in 20 overs. M Akram scored 140. Islamabad chased the target in 19.3 overs for the loss of 7 wickets. Anis Javed hammered unbeaten 169. At the end, the chief guest awarded prizes among the six participating teams of the tournament.
