Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has announced to increase monthly wage of laborers, from Rs 13,000 to Rs 14,000.

He made the announcement while addressing a ceremony in connection with the International Labor Day today.

In an indirect reference to PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the “boy” who was demanding resignation of the prime minister will permanently settle in Larkana, if he came to know about the mega scandals of his elders.

Shahbaz advised Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan to take decisions after consultation, otherwise, he will doom to fail.

He said that the political companions of Khan have not only written off loans, but also own offshore companies and private planes. Shahbaz said protesting opposition parties were creating hurdles in the way of progress and prosperity.

The chief minister said that no country could progress without educating the children of laborers and giving them their due rights.
