What future can be predicted for our public sector unit where a peon, a guard, a gatekeeper, or a gardener begins his duty with washing the personal vehicles of their officers, and not with some official chores! If it is the fault of these low scale servants, it is still greater fault on the part of the officers and officials of the public sector. Why don’t they get their cars washed at home, can’t they not afford this service at a service station? Such officers and officials are the white elephants of the country; they can’t benefit the country they are a burden on the economy, taking advantage where ever they can.
