MIRPUR (AJK)
The Nazariya Pakistan Trust, AJK chapter, will host daylong “Pakistan Paindabad Conference” in Mirpur on Sunday (today). Former Pakistani president Justice (r) Muhammad Rafique Tarar will be the chief guest on the occasion while AJK Prime Minister Ch Abdul Majeed, former AJK PM Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan, PML-N AJK President Raja Farooq Haider and JKLL President Justice (r) Abdul Majeed Mallick will be the keynote speakers at the conference, NPT AJK Chapter chief Maulana Muhammad Shafi Josh informed on Saturday.
He said that the conference is being organised to strengthen everlasting deep-rooted relations between Pakistan and people of Jammu and Kashmir State. Besides heads of Kashmiri political and religious organisations and elite representing all segments of the AJK civil society will also attended the conference, Maulana Josh said.
Highlighting salient features of the conference, Maulana Josh, a former AJK Legislative Assembly member, told this Correspondent that objective of hosting the event under the auspices of NPT, is to reiterate deep-rooted and ever-lasting love and affection of people of the entire Jammu & Kashmir state with Pakistan, which, he added, is their (Kashmiris) ultimate destination in all respect. “Hearts of the Jammu & Kashmir people and Pakistan beat in unison - since Kashmiris consider their freedom struggle as the struggle for the completion of Pakistan - which is incomplete without its jugular vein - Kashmir”, Maulana Josh pointed out.
The NPT AJK chief said that Pakistan Paindabad Conference would be the strong source to reiterate and promote the ideology of Pakistan besides strengthening the ever-lasting relations between the Jammu & Kashmir and Pakistan - at the time when Kashmiris indigenous struggle for freedom has reached at its climax.
“The entire occupied Jammu & Kashmir valley has today banged with Pakistan Zindabad and Pakistan Paindabad slogans besides hoisting of the Pakistan national flag in the shadow of the Indian guns in the bleeding vale of occupied Jammu & Kashmir,” he highlighted.
It is to be noted that Nazariya Pakistan Trust was formed in 90s with the former Punjab chief minister and eminent Muslim Leaguer late Ghulam Haider Wain as its founding President. After his demise, late Dr Majid Nizami as successor chief of the NPT, turned the forum into a custodian and promoter of the ideology of Pakistan. It will be the third mega event in Azad Jammu & Kashmir under the auspices of the NPT AJK chapter since it was established by people of AJK under the dynamic leadership of Maulana Shafi Josh.
