KARACHI: Members of the provincial assembly from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) have submitted a resolution against Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak in the Sindh Assembly.
According to the resolution, Khattak’s statements were extremely irresponsible and he aroused provincialism, threatened to put differences among masses and stormed the state affairs.
It was demanded through the resolution that the provincial government should carry forward the message to the federal government so as to take notice of the statements that fall under the category of committing treason against the state.
Through the resolution, it was also demanded that action should be taken against Pervez Khattak under Article 6 of the constitution.
