The Fourth Round of Pakistan-Germany Strategic Dialogue held in Islamabad has reviewed the spectrum of bilateral relations and prospects for further cooperation between the two nations. 

The Pakistan side was led by Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua while the German delegation was headed by State Secretary Walter Lindner of Federal Foreign Office.

The two sides also discussed bilateral cooperation especially in the spheres of political, trade and investment, education, culture, media, parliamentary exchanges and people to people contacts.

The Foreign Secretary briefed the meeting about progress made by Pakistan in strengthening democracy and successes in the fight against terrorism.

She also invited German companies to invest in Hydel-Power generation, renewable energy, automobile and agriculture sectors in Pakistan.
