ISLAMABAD - The Bahria University has recently entered into academic partnerships with three Chinese universities by signing MoUs with Tongji University, Fudan University, China Agricultural University and Xuzhou Normal University, says a press release. Its Rector Vice Admiral (R) Mohammad Haroon visited the Peoples Republic of China earlier this month on a special invitation from several institutions of higher learning. During his visit, he had lengthy deliberations with the top officials of the universities visited, to include multi-faceted aspects covering a wide range of subjects like students exchange faculty exchange joint conference/ projects and research. Again on special invitation, the Rector gave a lecture to the participants in the very well attended seminar organised by Tongji University entitled South Asian Security Situation and China-Pakistan Strategic Partnership During Post Bin Laden Period.
