LAHORE The Pakistan Rangers Punjab on Friday claimed to have arrested a smuggler from the Kanganpura (Kasur) border area and recovered one motorcycle and 24 bottles of liquor from his possession. Sources said that the Ranger officials received information that liquor was being smuggled from India to Pakistan. The Pakistan Rangers Punjab personnel cordoned off the border and arrested the smuggler, later identified as Yar Muhammad son of Noor Muhammad who was coming from India. Further investigations are underway.
