LAHORE: The green belt in the area of Adda Plot was completely destroyed by the gathering of PakistanTehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Raiwind march.

According to details, the kicked in flowers and scattered green plants at Adda Plot intersection are evidence of the demolishment of the green belt after PTI rally.

The condition of the venue has also infuriated the gardeners who expressed disappointment over the attitude of the participants.

The litter thrown by PTI supporters was removed by the local administration however; the beauty of Adda Plot cannot be restored on immediate basis.

People have been demanding that the political parties or other organizations that organize public meetings must be held responsible for the damages done to public property.
