KSE floor-price level

The panic-stricken brokers of Karachi Stock Exchange have established a floor-price level of around 9000 on the securities in order to save investors, especially the big players, from imminent disaster. This reminds me of the good, old doctor in Muncie, Indiana, who blacked out everything above the 99th degree on his thermometer.
