TURBAT- At least 12 terrorists were killed and one FC personnel embraced martyrdom during a search operation by Frontier Corps Balochistan in Gomazai area of Turbat.

FC spokesmen told that the operation was conducted on an intelligence tip off. He said four FC personnel were also injured in the encounter with terrorists.

Huge quantity of arms, explosives, and improvised explosives devices were recovered from hideout of the terrorists, while six vehicles of terrorists were also destroyed during the operation.

The killed terrorists were involved in ransom kidnapping, target killing and attacks on forces.

Meanwhile in another search operation, the Frontier Corps Balochistan has recovered large number of landmines, IEDs and explosive material from a hideout of wanted terrorists in Dasht Goran area of Khuzdar district.
