PESHAWAR – Difa-e-Pakistan Council will hold ‘Difa-e-Pakistan Conference’ in Peshawar on April 15, to discuss arrangement for which a meeting of all the parties jointly working under the banner of DPC was held here at the office of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Sami) in Sikandarpura.

All the parties representatives participated in the meeting. They vowed to make the secluded conference a successful. JUI (S), KP, Ameer Maulana Yousaf Shah presided over the meeting. Prominent among those who attended the meeting were Maulana Mohammad Ismail Darvesh, Haji Dad Mohammad, Maulana Abdul Haseeb Haqqani, Mohammad Zubair Anjum, Haji Saeed ur Rehman Safi an others.

They reviewed arrangements for the conference. Besides they unanimously scheduled various function before the conference. According to which, on April 4, district Peshawar based leadership of the DPC would hold a joint meeting at JUI-S office. They agreed to motivate people to attend the conference in a large number. On April 8, JUI-S Ameer Maulana Sami Ul Haq will also address a public meeting in PK.

Talking to media persons, Yousaf Shah said that people of the country would not accept pro-American polices and the DPC would free people from US policies. He said that countrymen had closed eyes on government for making a decision regarding Nato supply, adding that people were totally against the US and its policies.

The DPC was strongly rejecting any decision to open Nato supply routes in advance and wants to convey to the government that DPC will not allow her to take any decision inimical to our national interests and in favour of America, he said.
