KARACHI – Following the directives of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Administrator Hashim Raza Zaidi, the Municipal Services Department has arranged 13th round of fumigation drive under the malaria control programme/dengue fever in the jurisdiction of KMC.
District wise programme will start from Tuesday (today) as per schedule.
Under the schedule spray will be performed in District South from April 2-3 in District East from April 4-6, in District Central from April 8-10, in District West from April 11-13, in District Malir on April 15-16 and in District Council Karachi from April 17-18.
Spray will be performed in evening during which spray vehicle will carry out spray work in jurisdiction of all UCs of concerned district.
Spray Vehicles will carry out the spray work in 5 Districts and District Council Karachi from 02-04-2013 to 18-04-2013. Administrator Municipal Commissioner of DMCs/District Council have been requested to depute an officer/official to supervise the working as per given arrangement and would also submit a report on the working of said districts.
