I want to draw the attention of the current CM of Baluchistan Sanaullah Zahre through this letter that he must brow the dilapidated plight of gutter pipe lines of Quetta which is desperately reprehensible for the citizens particularly for the pedestrians, school children, commuters who meet several woes each day owing to gutter pipe lines which are diametrically open and dirty gutter flows in road which poses raging diseases such as hepatitis, malaria and many more. I urge SanaullahZahre to take severe measures to resolve the issue.
