| There is always an obstruction of traffic on Kashmir Chowk (GECHS) Peco Road, Township, Lahore. Kashmir chowk leads to many roads. The main reasons for the obstruction of traffic are the improper working of traffic signals and most of the time non-availability of a traffic warden to manage the traffic load. From the model town, link road, traffic rush towards Kashmir chowk and people often go one way towards the marriage halls and to enter the A1 GECHS society from Cakes & Bakes. This is causing extreme traffic issues nowadays. People are stuck in traffic for hours and face a lot of inconveniences. |
The only solution to this problem is to close the road from Kashmir Chowk and plan a U-turn away from Kashmir Chowk, because it is necessary to stop the traffic from going one way (service road) from Kashmir Chowk. So, I request MD TEPA to please close the Kashmir Chowk and make a U-turn in between the Pindi stop and Kashmir Chowk for the betterment of the traffic system and ease of public as soon as possible.
