LAHORE The Anti-Motorcycle Lifting Staff of the City Division police on Monday claimed to have smashed a gang of motorcycle-lifters by arresting its four members including the ringleader. The police also claimed that at least 25 stolen motorcycles have been recovered from their possession. According to a police spokesman, the arrested bandits have been identified as Abdul Rehamn alias Mani, ringleader of the gang, and his accomplices Muhammad Ramazan, Muhammad Asif and Muhammad Abbas. During preliminary investigations, the bandits have confessed to a number of cases of motorcycle lifting. Further investigations are underway.
