Hee Chang Yee, MD Samsung Electronics Pakistan said: We are eager to provide our employees and our partners with the needed skills and expertise that ensures an ideal and integrated experience for our customers. This stems from our efforts to build long-term relationships with our customers and maintain high levels of service that distinguishes us. The Product Training Centre will go a long way in ensuring that we continue to excel at customer service. The facility is being used to train not only Samsung employees and service center staff but also sales people to ensure consistent understanding of our products and their features.
