Right to promotion

All employees have “ right to promotion” but unfortunately retired rehired people in a few organisations make every possible effort to keep very potential and promising officers/officials deprived of their “right to promotion” on the basis of some unreasonable and irrational grounds. So much so in a few federal organisations, the repeatedly rehired Old “Babas” are considered a big barrier to framing of Employees Service Rules.

Indeed, no employee has a vested right for promotion but contractual reemployed who use dilatory tactics and thereby deprive the employee of their legitimate expectations for being considered for promotion to a post if he is eligible for being promoted but who cares in this country where everybody is only concerned about his own stomach and his kith and kin and not justice at all in the society.
