LAHORE Qilla Gujjar Singh SHO Mian Qadeer has been the first police officer, who nursed a nine-month-old kid, bought him new dresses and ensured his complete rest at the police station after his recovery. Overall the entire police station is enjoying the wave of happiness after recovering a nine-month-old unidentified kid commonly being called as 'Moon, said the SHO. Earlier, he said during brief interrogation, the abductor woman namely Nasreen Bibi confessed that she in connivance with her two daughters and one son-in-law abducted this child when he was only three-month-old from Lorry Adda police precincts. According to the preliminary reports, this gang had been operating in the City for the last three to four years. The SHO said several kids had been kidnapped by the same gang, which was caught after the ringleader Nasreen Bibi abducted a four-month-old child Azan Ali from Bibi Pakadaman shrine. In fact, she is a quite sharp lady, she visited General Hospital where she found a victim lady Nargus begging to fulfill the expenditure of the renal treatment of her husband Muhammad Azam, he said. According to the SHOs investigation, the criminal woman gave Nargus Rs 500 and promised to give her more on the next day. The other day, she purchased clothes and food for Azan and handed over to Nargus and urged her to visit Data Darbar and pray for early recovery of her husband, he stated. This was her plan to abduct the child but she could not execute her plan. Later, she accompanied by the victim woman visited Peer Maki Darbar, Baba Haider Sayein and later they arrived at Bibi Pakdaman shrine from where, Nasreen succeeded in kidnapping the child, Qadeer added. The SHO said this was not easy to trace unidentified woman. Each CCTV camera at Bibi Pakdaman and General Hospital was partially dysfunctional so it was impossible to trace her immediately but by the grace of Allah Almighty I traced an FIR in Kot Lakhpat police station of same nature, Qadeer said adding by hiring a woman, who worked for making committees among various houses, the criminal woman Nasreen was traced from Ghaziabad police area. Even, she refused to confess and tried to escape from that home, when she was arrested red-handed and we recovered two kids namely Azan Ali and Moon, the SHO added. Later, the Citys operations police chief GM Dogar awarded cash prize and commendatory certificate to Inspector Mian Qadeer on his achievement of recovering two kidnapped kids so early. The police high-ups praised the professional efforts of the SHO Qila Gujjar Singh.
