PCB already introduced a one day championship and twenty 20 at the domestic level for the women’s cricket team. But I think PCB should introduce a four day game at the domestic level. The women’s team has not played any test match since 2004, when they played a last test match against West Indies. If PCB introduce a four day game, then their temperament might improve.
The Pakistani women’s team performance against a bigger team is not very good as compared to against a weaker team. Their recent performance in 2015 is that they won the ODI Series with Bangladesh Women by 2-0, won the ODI Series with Sri Lanka Women by 3-0 but on the other hand lost the ODI Series with West Indies Women by 3-1, and with South Africa Women by 2-1.
