ISLAMABAD - Lack of parking facilities in G-6 weekly bazaar has added to the woes of the citizens.

This is the oldest bazaar of federal capital and majority of residents of federal capital visit it to buy essential commodities and daily use items. But the parking problem has forced them to move to other weekly bazaars located in far off sectors.

Most of the consumers return without making any purchase as they are forced to reverse their vehicles due to lack of parking facilities and this way the business in the bazaar is declining remarkably, said a group of stall holders.

“I can not even think of going to this bazaar as I had to lose my car a few months back. Due to non-availability of any car parking space, I parked my car outside the bazaar but  when I returned on completion of my shopping, I was stunned to know  that my car was missing. It was stolen”, said Muhammad Akbar, a citizen.

The citizens and stallholders have called upon Capital Development Authority to immediately arrange for setting up parking space in this weekly bazaar.
