MUZAFFARGARH - Education can be improved by providing modern education facilities for the new generation, a regional education officer said during a revivalist course held in Alipur and Seetpur.

Last month, a one-day revivalist course was conducted in collaboration with the Punjab Education Department Government and Surf Excel, Regional Manager of South and Southern Punjab Education Rashid Aziz added.

Out of 100 invited teachers, 96 were present to prove that they were willing to improve the education system.

He thanked deputy DEO Mah Jabeen, Deputy DEO Male Alamdar Hussain of tehsil Alipur. On this occasion, the Muzaffargarh district officer (education) said that the department was playing a key role in providing quality education and it was also trying to sensitise the teachers with all modern ways.

He further said that basic education is the right of every child. District Officer (Monitoring) Tariq Mehmood Awan said on this occasion that without being equipped with modern educational facilities, quality education was difficult, stressing the need for education in easy and simple way.

He said that team of educational and awareness department is playing important role under the leadership of district manager Muhammad Shafique.

Later, Muhammad Shafique said that educational and awareness organisation had been trying to ensure provision of the rights of children since 2008. During devastating floods of 2010, this organisation extended its framework and also participated in rehabilitation work.
