Kate Moss reportedly wants to ban her estranged husband Jamie Hince from profiting from hundreds of pictures he took of the supermodel during their marriage.

The catwalk queen is said to be fuming that The Kills rocker is keen to publish the private snaps of her as she claims to own the copyright, reports The Sun. The newspaper adds that a potential coffee book of images of the 41-year-old could be in the works. A source explained: ‘Jamie took thousands of photos of Kate during their time together, he considered it a hobby.

‘He pretty much documented their entire time together and has film, digital and print images as part of his collection. ‘Jamie also has a handwritten diary and scrap books featuring stuff they did together. But Kate wants these to remain private and is furious with Jamie for even considering publishing them for his own profit. The pics essentially show Kate really letting her hair down and living life to excess.’

A rep for Kate has been contacted for comment by MailOnline. Meanwhile, mother-of-one Kate’s new romance is said to be going from strength-to-strength.

Her rumoured new beau, Count Nikolai von Bismarck, reportedly treated the blonde beauty to vintage diamond jewellery for Christmas, according to the Daily Mirror.

Kate has not been photographed with her husband - who she wed in a star-studded ceremony in 2011 - since April. She has remained tight-lipped about the state of their union, but has failed to deny reports she is now in a relationship with von Bismarck.

The two - said to have been long-acquainted through his mother, Debonnaire, a socialite who is friends with Kate - and reportedly began renting part of her London home in October. The pair reportedly spent Christmas together alongside Lila Grace, Kate’s daughter from her previous relationship with magazine publisher Jefferson Hack.
