KARACHI - Karachi Development Authority (KDA) Director General Samiuddin Siddiqui said that China-cutting would not be allowed on KDA land while a strong mechanism is being formed for the protection of land property.

He expressed his views during a meeting chaired by him at his office on Monday. He said that all the executive engineers submit their details about evicted land as it could manage for auction to generate the revenue of department.

Siddiqui directed the Director Estate and Enforcement that all evicted sports ground handed over to the director sports. During session Director General KDA, was briefed by director estate and Enforcement Raza Muhammad Qaimkhani.

On that occasion Director Estate and Enforcement submit a report about all the evicted land and monitoring system. He further said that on the instruction of Director General KDA, we are taking a grand action against the illegal occupants.

During session along with Director General, Chief Engineer Ram Chand, Director Estate and Enforcement Raza Muhammad Qaimkhani, Director Sports Khurram Aarif, Director land Syed Arshad Abbas, Executive engineer North Karachi Arif Shah, Executive engineer Clifton S M Tariq, Executive Engineer Gulistan Johar Ghulam Muhammad, Executive Engineer Surjani Anwar Abbas and other officers were also present.

Meanwhile, Director General KDA said that all the ongoing project to be made operational as soon as possible. “We are taking our esteem efforts to provide facilities to the citizens”, he added.

Samiuddin Siddiqui expressed these views during his visit at KPT underpass Clifton. On the occasion, he said the steps should be taken for cleaning of sewerage line systems as could not get any hurdle in transportation of vehicles.

“All the projects would be completed very soon and after that citizens will have a lot of facilities and opportunities to get a healthy environment,” Samiuddin Siddiqui said. He further said that KDA have a qualified and experienced engineer who can have abilities to monitor such a mega projects. During the visit he was accompanied by Director General, Chief Engineer Ram Chand, Executive Engineer Clifton Muhammad Tariq and others.
