Lahore-Lahore police arrested 293 people on the New Year’s night and registered 260 cases against them.
The police also recovered weapons from 17 persons and registered 59 cases against them. As many as 71 people were held for performing wheelies, 110 were for aerial firing and 106 cases were registered against them. Also, 44 people were held over fireworks display, and 37 cases were registered over drugs recovery.
