Bahawalpur - As per the direction of Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar, Commissioner Bahawalpur Division . Muhammad Zafar Iqbal heard the issues related to the revenue of the public servants who came to the Revenue Public Service Open Court held at Patwar Khana near District Accounts Office Bahawalpur. Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue Shahid Imran Marth and Assistant Commissioner Bahawalpur City Naeem Sadiq Cheema along with other concerned officers were present on the occasion.
The holding of courts is a pro-people revolutionary initiative of the Punjab government and orders are issued on the spot to solve the revenue and other issues related to the complainants who came to the open courts.
As per the directions of Chief Secretary Punjab, not only open door policy has been implemented in all government departments for resolving public issues but also at district and divisional headquarters on daily basis from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and at tehsil level. Open meetings are being held continuously in the offices of the Commissioners from 10.30 am to 11.30 am and practical steps are being taken to solve the problems of complainants in these open courts without any hindrance.
Commissioner Bahawalpur Division further said that revenue public service in open courts accuracy record, issuance of individual property, issuance of transfers, income certificate, registry, inspection record and issuance of domicile in all other matters related to revenue, difficulties and complaints.
He directed the officers of all other departments including the Revenue Officers to ensure prompt resolution of the problems of the complainants through the Public Service Courts. Registry, accuracy record, inspection record, registration transfers and other revenue counters were set up where revenue related issues were resolved from the public under one roof. Commissioner Bahawalpur Division Issued orders on the spot for the solution. He warned that no obstacle would be tolerated in resolving the legitimate issues of the people.
