KARACHI - A major reshuffle is being expected in the MQM Rabita Committee and the other party structure, well-placed sources told The Nation here on Tuesday. They said that various top members of the Rabita Committee would be replaced during the process of reshuffling. "Due to the deteriorating health of MQM Rabita Committee In-charge Anwar Alam, the party is suffering problems in the decision-making on crucial issue and it is be expected that he is the one of those to be replaced during the reshuffling", the sources added. On the other hand, due to his official activities of MQM Rabita Committee joint in-charge Abdul Haseeb, who is also provincial minister in the Sindh government, is not able to devote sufficient time and concentration to the party affairs. Sources further said that Rabita Committee members, Waseem Aftab, Dr Asim Raza and Shakeel Omar would be given important portfolios in the body after reshuffling.
