Four people were injured in a hand grenade attack in the city here Thursday, report said. The attack was carried out on a butchers shop in Ghaas mandi area of the metropolis in which four people have reportedly been injured, it was reported. The injured have been rushed to District Headquarters Hospital, D I Khan.
