Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ehsan Iqbal has said that the PML-N has put the country on the path to prosperity and progress. The government has evolved revolutionary strategies for economic turnaround and political stability to strengthen the country and change the life of the public for better.
He said that the PML-N-led government was implementing several revolutionary measures to steer the country out of persisting multifarious crises both at internal and external fronts.
Talking to the notables at Narowal here, the Federal Minister revealed that Pakistan’s economy was moving ahead towards the goal of stability, saying that the federal government was successfully implementing several effective policies.
He said that University of Gujrat (UoG) would establish its campus at Narowal in the month of September for promoting quality higher education at local level.
MPA Khawaja Waseem Butt and Narowal DCO Syed Najaf Iqbal were also present on the occasion.
SASTA RAMAZAN BAZAARS: The district administration has established eight Sasta Ramazan bazaars and 42 fair price shops in the district’s all the four Sialkot, Daska, Sambrial and Pasrur tehsils for providing maximum financial relief to people.
Sialkot DCO Iftikhar Ali Sahu told that the special monitoring teams had been tasked with checking quality, quantity and prices of daily-use commodities being sold on subsidized rates.
The DCO revealed that profiteers, black marketers, hoarders and adulterators would be dealt with sternly. He said that the traders should extend cooperation to the administration for early and smooth provision of maximum financial relief to the common man during the holy month of Ramazan.
