Bhooja Airlines responsible for air crash incident : SC

Supreme Court (SC) declared the administration of Bhooja Air line responsible for the incident of Bhooja plane crash.

A bench of SC comprising Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar took up the case of Bhooja PLANE crash for hearing on Monday.

At the inception of hearing, a report was presented to the court by the investigators in which the court was told that pilot of the plan and the staff had not been given the training to cope up with any situation of emergency.

Neither the pilot was having the experience of passenger air plane nor he was been given the relevant training while the staff was not having the ability to review the weather condition, the report stated.

It was further told in the report that the plane which was used for flight was not approved for passengers while Bhooja airlines had not fulfilled the legal requirements regarding the license of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

The report also revealed that Bhooja airline administration had started the flight operation without permission of CAA and committed criminal negligence.

It has to be mentioned that accident of plane crash of Bhooja airlines took place while coming from Karachi to Islamabad before few minutes of landing on Benazir International Airport on 20th April 2012.
