Woman appeals to CJP
A woman from Quetta has appealed to the chief justice of Pakistan for immediate recovery of her brother Amir Bakhsh who according to her had been whisked away by Frontier Corps and intelligence agencies.
She told newsmen here on Saturday that Amir Bakhsh and another youth Siraj were subjected to sever torture by FC personnel at Awaran Bazaar in broad daylight and later abducted. “Amir Bakhsh and Siraj are the lone breadwinners of their families,” she said, contending they were completely unaware about their whereabouts.
She expressed concern over kidnapping of her brother and Siraj, saying their lives were in danger. “If Amir Bakhsh and Siraj are guilty they should be produced before the court of law and given a chance to prove their innocence since it is their constitutional right,” she added.
She demanded the chief justice of Pakistan a prompt action for recovery of her brother Amir Bakhsh and Siraj.
