Lahore -The Two-Nation Theory constitutes the basis of Pakistan. The teachers have an obligation to acquaint the students of the Two-Nation Theory, the causes and aims of the establishment of Pakistan and the ideas and thoughts of the heroes of the Pakistan Movement. These were the observations made by the Professor Dr Rafique Ahmad, Vice Chairman, the Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust, on Saturday at the one-day ideological training workshop held at the Aiwan-i-Karkunan-i-Tehreek-i-Pakistan, Lahore.

The teachers from the Moonlight Public High School, Thhokar Niaz Baig participated in this workshop which was jointly organised by the NPT and the Pakistan Movement Workers Trust.

Professor Dr Rafique Ahmad observed that the object of the ideological training workshop is to create awareness of Pakistan and its ideology. “All developed nations impart education about their country and civilization to the students at an early age. The Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust is redressing deficiencies in the curriculum through the Pakistan Awareness Programme and its ideological training workshops,” he said.
