Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khan Khattak vacated NA-5 Nowshera after taking oath as the chief minister of the province.

Similarly, the PTI provincial president and newly elected Speaker KPK Assembly Asad Qaiser also decided to vacate NA-13 Swabi.

Meanwhile, the JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has not yet decided about keeping which one NA seat, as he had won three NA constituencies in Tank, DI Khan and Lakki Marwat.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman did not take oath as the member of the National Assembly on Saturday.

Similarly, PTI Chairman Imran Khan, who had won NA-1, has already surrendered the seat.

Two former chief ministers of KPK Ameer Haider Khan Hoti and Akram Khan Durrani who have also won two each NA and provincial assembly seats in May 11 elections from their respective districts Mardan and Bannu.

They both have formally surrendered their provincial assembly seats and retained NA seats.
