Islamabad - Unknown assailants on Monday gunned down a prayer leader in the limits of LoiBher Police Station. According to details, unknown gunmen opened fire on Qari Muhammad Idrees, Khateeb Jamia Masjid Al-Hasnain Korang Town as he was stepping outside the mosque in broad daylight. The attackers escaped from the crime soon before the police could reach the spot. The mosque belongs to Ahl-e-Sunnat Waljamaat sect. A large number of people gathered at the crime scene as the news of his murder spread in the locality. Police have started investigation.
