SHEIKHUPURA: Police recovered bullet riddled and tortured body of a girl today.

Police said that after being spotted by dwellers of the area, the girl’s body was taken into custody from agricultural fields near Chattha Colony, in Ferozwala area of district Sheikhupura.

The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem. Police said that the deceased was brutally tortured, before she was shot dead and later her body was dumped in the fields.

The police after registering a case against unidentified murderers have started an investigation into the incident.
