Like other parts of country, the activists of Jamaatud Dawa (JuD) marked Friday as protest day against American drone attacks here on Friday. Protest demonstrations, rallies and conferences were held across South Punjab and a large number of common citizens participated in the activities, strongly condemning American terrorism. The participants of the anti-drone activity adopted condemnation resolutions.

The major demonstration in Multan was led by JuD Multan Ameer Mian Sohail Ahmad at Chowk Nawaz Shehr. Speaking on this occasion, Mian Sohail, Tariq Naem Ullah and others said that thousands of innocent Pakistani citizens were killed by the Americans through drone attacks but the previous and current rulers did nothing to stop this barbarianism. They said that entire world declared drone attacks illegal but the Americans still continued this terrorism. “This shows that they do not give even a damn to world laws and UN,” they maintained. They demanded the government to direct air force to hit drones. They announced that the JuD would raise voice against American terrorism at all platforms.
